Engineering and Design

The department consists of software engineers, software designers, UX/UI designers and product managers. This group combines technical expertise, creativity and problem solving skills to develop ACIS in order to meet customer needs, provide a great user experience and contribute to the success of our products. An effective collaboration is maintained within the engineering and design department and across other departments. They work closely with product managers, stakeholders, marketing teams and customer support to ensure ACIS smooth development, launching and support cycles.

Programming

The department consists of software developers, programmers, backend, frontend, full-stack, and mobile app developers. These group members are responsible for the actual coding and implementation of product solutions. They contribute to the overall software architecture by designing and implementing modules, components, and databases. The programming department plays a crucial role in the software development lifecycle, working closely with other departments to transform ideas into functional software solutions. They contribute their technical expertise and programming skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet user requirements and product goals.

Technical Support

The department consists of technical support engineers, customer support representatives, level 1, level 2 support and escalation engineers. This group plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction with software products offered by our company. They are responsible for providing prompt, accurate and effective solutions to technical issues and continuously improve the support process to enhance customer satisfaction. They offer trainings as well to ensure that our clients are getting the most out of their system. They are available to answer any questions and provide assistance whenever needed, onsite and remotely.

Quality Assurance

The department consists of QA Engineers, Healthcare QA Specialists, Testers, Quality Analysts and experienced Nurses, Physicians and other healthcare providers. The group members offer their expertise to adjust workflows customization and ensuring that the products meet the specified quality standards and fulfill customer expectations while promoting safe and effective processes. They work closely with the Engineering and programming departments. They participate in unit testing, integration testing, and other testing processes to ensure the product functions as intended and meet quality standards.

The department consists of researchers, data scientists, and subject matter experts. The group members are responsible for conducting research and development activities to explore new technologies, techniques and innovative ideas that can drive the company's growth and improve its products and services. By conducting research on targeted populations, experimenting new technologies, retaining the latest healthcare concepts and generating novel ideas, they contribute to the company's growth, product evolution and market leadership.
